This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of Solution Sales Executives dedicated to K–12 districts, charters, and state/local education agencies.
• Drive the achievement of revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives across the designated territory or segment.
• Provide accurate forecasts and manage performance using data-driven pipeline assessments and account strategies.
• Support intricate, high-value deals by directly engaging with executive buyers and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer challenges as well as roadmap priorities.
• Work in close partnership with Customer Success to guarantee seamless transitions, adoption, retention, and expansion possibilities.
• Sell Operational Excellence product lines to K–12 school districts.
• Establish and nurture client relationships while identifying new business prospects.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant and applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15-20%, for significant events such as team summits, training, customer meetings, and company gatherings, with increased frequency during peak business periods.
• Experience in managing smaller teams.
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex, solution-oriented products to K–12 school districts or public-sector education organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams through lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Preferred: Background in educational technology, SaaS, or instructional/operational platforms.
• Preferred: Familiarity with public-sector procurement procedures (RFPs, cooperative contracts, state purchasing).
• Preferred: Experience in scaling teams or creating repeatable solution-sales processes.
