This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-achieving team of Solution Sales Executives targeting K–12 districts, charters, and state/local education agencies.
• Propel the achievement of revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives within the designated territory or segment.
• Accurately forecast and manage performance through data-driven pipeline evaluations and account strategies.
• Facilitate complex, high-value transactions by directly engaging with executive buyers and procurement decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to ensure product features align with customer challenges and roadmap priorities.
• Work in close partnership with Customer Success to guarantee effective transitions, adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Market Operational Excellence product lines to K–12 school districts.
• Establish and nurture client relationships while identifying new business prospects.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant and related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or commensurate years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15-20%, for essential events such as team summits, training sessions, customer meetings, and company gatherings, with increased travel during peak business periods.
• Experience in managing smaller teams.
• Proven track record in selling complex, solution-oriented products to K–12 school districts or public-sector education organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams through lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Background in educational technology, SaaS, or instructional/operational platforms.
• Understanding of public-sector procurement procedures (RFPs, cooperative contracts, state purchasing).
• Experience in scaling teams or establishing repeatable solution-sales processes.
