Senior Strategist, Engagement Incentives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in partnership with product, sales, and platform leadership to establish objectives and metrics for success.

• Create engagement campaigns, partnership initiatives, and distinctive experiences that align with business goals.

• Strategically plan, develop, implement, assess, and refine micro-incentive campaigns across all three sales deployments.

• Construct and provide consultation on ready-made agent challenges for BDs/AOMs.

• Organize and execute a GEICO IA surprise and delight program, along with supporting campaigns.

• Design and manage an agent superlatives program to acknowledge top individual performers and assist in setting goals for new agents.

• Develop and oversee daily engagement content and benefits.

• Explore methods to enhance registration, attendance, and engagement in virtual events.

• Act as a subject matter expert and presenter for both live and on-demand events.

• Monitor, gather, and promote opportunities to enhance the program experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a strategist in marketing, communications, or sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Exceptional executive communication skills (writing, influencing, persuading, presenting).

• Strong capability to collaborate and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, from corporate headquarters to regional offices and individual locations.

• Demonstrated history of effectively developing and converting sales strategies into measurable results.

• Keen attention to detail and adaptability to ongoing changes.
