Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, ensuring comprehensive problem framing.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to ensure seamless coordination.

• Establish and uphold objectives, responsibilities, milestones, risk assessments, and tracking of dependencies.

• Provide updates on program status, key decisions, and obstacles to both working teams and senior leadership.

• Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder reviews to guide decision-making processes.

• Identify stalled initiatives and highlight necessary decisions or tradeoffs to facilitate progress.

• Assist in the development and documentation of Go-to-Market operational standards.

• Conduct pilots for new Go-to-Market strategies and evaluate their readiness for wider implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.

• Proven history of managing complex, cross-functional programs effectively.

• Capable of imposing structure on ambiguous scenarios and defining actionable paths forward.

• Possess the ability to align programs with overarching business goals.

• Proficient in investigating root causes and articulating perspectives clearly.

• Skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders while navigating competing priorities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

• Comfortable working with data from Salesforce and SQL-based databases.

• Ability to foresee downstream impacts and recognize associated risks.
