
Senior Staff Product Manager – Cisco Cloud Control Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Develop, advance, and lead the strategy for enhancing Splunk products that support Agentic Operations within the Cisco Cloud Control ecosystem.
• Create an investment strategy aimed at improving the customer experience for both Cisco and Splunk while streamlining IT management via the Cisco Cloud Control Unified Platform.
• Construct prioritized roadmaps to direct engineering investments in alignment with short-, mid-, and long-term objectives.
• Draft product requirements and PRFAQ documents that translate customer needs into actionable insights.
• Establish SMART metrics to guarantee that features and enhancements provide customer value.
• Gather and utilize information from customers, analysts, competitors, and other sources to inform prioritization efforts.
• Engage consistently with customers, engineering, UX, product managers, service operations, marketing, and field teams.
• Collaborate across Security, Observability, and the Splunk Platform.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Over 11 years of professional experience.
• More than 7 years of product management experience with a focus on enterprise/SaaS software products.
• Ideal product experience in networking, cloud, or security domains.
• Proven experience in defining multi-year product vision and roadmaps for cloud and enterprise software, preferably within a platform setting.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large initiatives that necessitate alignment across various business units and competing priorities.
• Product experience in observability, cybersecurity, IT operations, machine data, or enterprise data intelligence.
• Experience in developing platform capabilities utilized by multiple products, personas, or business domains in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Capability to lead customer discovery and align engineering, architecture, design, go-to-market, and partner teams around distinct product outcomes.
• Strong instincts for go-to-market strategies and the ability to convert technical capabilities into customer-centric narratives.
• Experience with field sales, analyst relations, and marketing initiatives.
• Proficient in synthesizing various product lines and domains into a cohesive narrative, vision, and prioritized roadmap.
