This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Canvas features, enhancements, and workflows within K–12 settings.
• Provide guidance and collaborate on the integration of PowerSchool features, enhancements, and workflows in K–12 environments.
• Work in partnership with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to enhance user experience.
• Assess, integrate, and manage third-party tools and content providers within the Canvas platform.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to pinpoint issues and prioritize solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering on execution.
• Partner with support teams to oversee performance, address issues, and resolve bugs or integration obstacles.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure adoption rates, user satisfaction, and learning impact.
• Develop training materials, release notes, and demonstrations to facilitate rollout and encourage adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–8 years of experience in product management or LMS administration.
• Strong preference for candidates with Canvas and PowerSchool experience.
• Profound understanding of LMS integrations and standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI).
• Experience collaborating directly with educators, administrators, and instructional designers.
• Capability to convert user needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
