This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.
• Define the product vision and strategy for Reporting & Analytics.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for the Analytics Module.
• Translate client and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and analytical capabilities.
• Lead product discovery with clients, internal stakeholders, and Product Owners.
• Define reporting UX, workflows, drill-down capabilities, filters, exports, and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive reporting experiences.
• Define requirements for data availability, freshness, granularity, performance, accuracy, quality, and traceability.
• Drive the Reporting module through discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Define product KPIs and gather client feedback and usage data to enhance the module.
• Build and manage the product analytics framework utilized by Product Owners across the organization.
• Establish standard product metrics, measurement principles, and consistent definitions and ownership of metrics.
• Create dashboards and analytical tools for feature adoption, funnels, conversion, retention, cohorts, engagement, monetization, and product performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define success metrics and measurement plans prior to development and releases.
• Support hypothesis validation, feature impact analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Leverage behavioral, product, client, and user data to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Define and implement the BI strategy across the company.
• Partner with Data and Engineering teams on analytical data models and the data foundation.
• Ensure a single source of truth for critical product and business metrics.
• Identify tracking and instrumentation gaps and work with Engineering to resolve them.
• Ensure new features incorporate appropriate analytics instrumentation.
• Own analytical requirements and product outcomes rather than solely acting as a data engineer or dashboard developer.
• Hire and lead the BI / Analytics team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, CRM, and Tech.
• 3+ years in analytics / BI roles, including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of product management practices, including product discovery, roadmap and backlog prioritization, and requirements definition.
• Solid grasp of BI concepts, data modeling, metric definitions, and reporting architecture.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools.
• Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, marketplaces, or other high-volume transactional B2B products is a strong advantage.
