This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create the product vision and roadmap for enhancing the product experience and conversion rates on product detail pages.
• Recognize optimization opportunities within the customer journey and convert them into quantifiable hypotheses and product initiatives.
• Design and oversee A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, utilizing the outcomes to inform definitive product decisions.
• Continuously improve the product experience concerning product information, size guidance, reviews, user-generated content, and recommendations.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and data analytics, collaborating with the squad to ensure successful execution.
• Manage relevant product and conversion key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics and user research for ongoing optimization.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and related product teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
• Consolidate requirements from business, technology, and customer experience perspectives, taking ownership from problem identification to production-ready solutions.
• Several years of experience in digital product management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or platform settings.
• Proven experience in optimizing digital customer journeys and enhancing conversion rates.
• Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
• Excellent understanding of product and business KPIs, with experience in utilizing analytics or experimentation tools.
• Proficient in prioritization, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional product teams, including Engineering, UX, and Data.
• Strong analytical capabilities, a sense of ownership, and a practical, solution-focused mindset.
• Proficient in both German and English.
