• Lead the creation of GenAI-driven recommendations to enhance feed relevance.

• Design fundamental feed-ranking architectures and facilitate personalization for millions of users.

• Establish the technical direction for the Relevance and Feeds teams while influencing strategy across various organizations.

• Collaborate with management on setting goals, planning, and mitigating risks for critical projects.

• Mentor and develop Senior and Staff engineers.

• Over 10 years of industry experience in building systems focused on relevance-driven products.

• Expertise in relevance, recommendation, and machine learning systems.

• Proven ability to tackle complex challenges in relevance, recommendation, and ML systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of developing sustainable software systems within large-scale engineering environments.

• Experience in influencing organizations regarding technical direction and best practices.

• Capable of collaborating with design, product, business, and data teams.

• Strong emphasis on user experience, usability, scalability, reliability, and quality.

• Profound intuition regarding the interactions between people and machines with software at scale.

• High level of empathy and exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in finding compromises across the entire engineering organization.
