Senior Staff Full-stack Engineer – Global Payment Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Utilize automation and AI-driven engineering for real-time insights, transaction processing, fraud detection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and data architecture.

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.

• Preferred experience with web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA frameworks), distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.

• Preferred professional experience in programming with Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.

• Preferred experience with database management systems.

• Preferred experience throughout the complete system development lifecycle.

• Preferred experience with cloud-based productivity tools or virtualization technologies.

• Preferred experience with networking protocols and integration of third-party distributed systems.

• Preferred experience in mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth.

• Preferred experience in leading cross-domain architectural reviews or establishing coding and design standards.

• Expertise in the strategic use of agentic AI coding tools.
