⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing, and data architecture.

• Preferred: A Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Preferred: Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.

• More than 12 years of professional coding experience in languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.

• Over 10 years of experience with databases and database management systems.

• More than 12 years of full lifecycle system development experience.

• At least 10 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.

• Over 12 years of experience with networking protocols and third-party distributed-system integration.

• At least 7 years of experience mentoring senior engineers and promoting professional development.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading cross-domain architectural reviews or setting coding and design standards.

• Expertise in utilizing agentic AI coding tools to address systemic development challenges.

• Experience with AI-driven tools, frameworks, or modern software development methodologies.

• Background in fintech, particularly in payment processing, merchant services, or digital payment architectures.

• Experience in building and deploying enterprise software iteratively, performing enterprise-scale data migrations, and executing platform transformations.

• Proficiency in architecting, testing, and operating real-time distributed data systems and high-volume pipelines.

• A strong ownership mindset and a destination-backwards approach.

• Ability to strategically partner and challenge leadership in Product, Design, Risk, and Enterprise Tech.
