Senior SRE Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the corporate CI/CD platform utilizing GitLab.

• Architect and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform.

• Construct reusable modules, components, and blueprints to enhance and standardize cloud adoption.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the platform by establishing strategies for rollout, rollback, and risk mitigation.

• Modernize engineering processes and tools.

• Enhance the developer experience through automation and self-service options.

• Ensure the availability and reliability of key tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, Renovate, Harness, and Checkmarx.

• Collaborate with observability, metrics, dashboards, alerts, and reliability indicators.

• Assist squads in investigations, troubleshooting, incidents, and infrastructure-related challenges.

• Influence technical decisions and advocate for best practices in Platform Engineering and DevOps.

• Create solutions that are utilized across multiple Serasa products and squads, enhancing delivery speed, application quality, and platform reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience with AWS.

• Practical experience with Terraform in production settings.

• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in automation using Python.

• Understanding of observability using tools like Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or similar.

• Experience in Linux environments and working with distributed systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

• Knowledge of contemporary DevOps and Platform Engineering methodologies.

• Administration skills for GitLab Self-Managed.

• Experience managing JFrog Artifactory.

• Familiarity with macOS runners and Dedicated Hosts.

• Understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx).

• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies.

• Background in large-scale, business-critical environments.

• Experience mentoring or acting as a technical reference for engineering teams.
