This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop country-specific contract templates.
• Draft and dispatch Site Agreements and related contracts to initiate negotiations.
• Negotiate contract terms and budgets with designated sites until finalization and execution.
• Review study budgets and costs associated with contract negotiations.
• Conduct quality checks of Site Agreements and associated documents prior to signature.
• Provide draft or signed contracts and budgets to regulatory teams for submission upon request.
• Coordinate with Worldwide Legal, Data Privacy, study teams, Sponsors, sites, and investigators.
• Facilitate contract signatures by Worldwide when necessary.
• Distribute fully executed Site Agreements and related documents to sites, eTMF, payment teams, Sponsors, and internal SharePoint.
• Negotiate amendments to Site Agreements and budgets.
• Create termination letters and other associated documents and send them to sites for signature.
• Maintain tracking tools with live, real-time or regular updates for functional activities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Clinical Research, the Pharmaceutical industry, or CRO working with investigator/site contracts or a related legal field.
• Proficient in negotiating contract terms with clinical sites and vendors.
• Ability to identify and efficiently address contract issues and disputes.
• Strong understanding of international and local regulatory requirements for clinical trials, including FDA, EMA, and ICH-GCP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills to review and interpret contract terms and financial data.
• Ability to identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and local languages.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
