This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Deliver Project Delivery Services (PDS / Construction) to clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies throughout the US.
• Implement PDS and IFM strategic sourcing to achieve the best overall cost of ownership across clients’ project portfolios.
• Improve the PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery by collaborating with corporate sourcing and project management teams.
• Streamline processes using tools and communication to boost account/project team productivity.
• Leverage category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to formulate strategies and drive outcomes.
• Promote the preferred supplier program within PDS and showcase the advantages of JLL’s scale and supplier relationships.
• Oversee and manage RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services.
• Manage expectations of both internal and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.
• Build relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to guarantee that contractual terms and conditions are reviewed and approved.
• Prioritize work, assign deliverables, and address issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel.
• Assist in the development of diversity programs.
• Guide and educate suppliers through meetings.
• Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.
• Proven track record and extensive experience in the construction management industry.
• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred.
• Familiarity with supply base and/or sourcing business practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Proficient in PC skills.
• Expertise in MS Office applications.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
