This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, establish, and oversee quality control frameworks aimed at process standardization and ongoing improvement.

• Develop and track quality metrics to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and accountability in performance.

• Lead and assist in extensive data analysis, cleansing, mapping, and validation across platforms such as SmartSheet, Triana, Service Edge, Yardi, Famis360, and FEXA.

• Utilize technology and AI tools to automate workflows, derive actionable insights, and enhance outcomes.

• Promote the adoption of digital solutions and best practices in data stewardship and process management.

• Create and manage account team reporting based on key performance indicators for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Procurement drivers.

• Acquire knowledge to instruct on the suite of technology solutions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operations and reporting.

• Identify, suggest, and execute process optimization strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the IFM and Procurement Transitions team to provide analytical and project support for strategic initiatives.

• Document, summarize, and distribute key meeting outcomes and decisions.

• Prepare presentation materials that effectively communicate essential information and insights.

• Develop and refine process maps and workflows.

• Coordinate the collection of best practices and capabilities.

• Perform other related duties as necessary or requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics, ideally within IFM, procurement, or transitions.

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and business systems (SmartSheet, Triana, ServiceNow, Yardi, Famis360, FEXA) is strongly preferred.

• Strong project management capabilities, including risk management, process mapping, and change management.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and timely results.

• Excellent skills in Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Data Management, Visualization & Technology Literacy.

• Familiarity with facilities management tools, data analysis techniques, and automation processes.

• An advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI) are preferred.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain stationary for up to 90% of the time.
