This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Leading demonstrations and facilitating technical evaluations for the Mimica platform, ensuring the realization of value and positive ROI.
• Developing and executing Proof of Concept (POC) plans with defined success criteria, managing scopes, expectations, and timelines, while serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, issues, or escalations.
• Acting as the Voice of the Customer by providing valuable insights to engineering and product teams, contributing to enhancements and the development of new features.
• Enhancing product documentation through clear explanations, examples, and how-to guides.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to produce educational content, including blog posts, tutorials, and presentations.
• Supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in identifying impactful use cases and customizing messaging to highlight value drivers specific to each industry, vertical, or function.
• Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers at all organizational levels, transforming them into advocates and champions for the brand.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, strengthening relationships and driving account growth, including renewals and upsells.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Implementation/Management Consulting, with a focus on creating solutions that deliver strategic and quantitative value.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions, aligning them with customers’ business objectives, challenges, and long-term strategies.
• Demonstrated success in scoping, managing, and executing pilot programs and production implementations, effectively addressing objections and minimizing friction in the pre-sales process.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to transition from intricate details to high-level overviews when engaging with stakeholders.
• Strong empathy and product intuition – capable of absorbing and interpreting feedback and collaborating across functions to continuously enhance Mimica’s capabilities.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and expanding knowledge of our platform, our unique value proposition, and developments in the Intelligent Automation sector.
