This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Lead the technical aspect of the sales process alongside Sales, partners, and clients.
• Identify business and technical challenges and propose suitable Wildix solutions.
• Conduct customized demonstrations and presentations for both technical and business audiences.
• Design and assist in the implementation of UC&C solutions, covering system architecture, security, APIs, integrations, network architecture, and Contact Centre needs.
• Assist partners with RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept installations.
• Ensure that customer needs and trial goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with Sales to foster opportunities, address technical objections, and finalize deals.
• Keep abreast of Wildix offerings and those of competitors.
• Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
• Facilitate training for customers and partners, conduct onsite presentations, participate in industry events, and engage in other customer-facing initiatives.
• Oversee multiple opportunities and priorities while adhering to stringent deadlines and traveling as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B pre-sales or Sales Engineering within UCaaS, Contact Centre, telecommunications, or a related technology field.
• Strong technical knowledge of UC&C and telecommunications technologies, including APIs, integrations, network architecture, and solution design.
• Exceptional technical sales and commercial abilities, capable of converting complex technology into tangible business value and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in supporting solution design, product demonstrations, RFPs, tenders, or Proof of Concepts.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
