Senior Solutions Engineer, Bilingual (En, Fr)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical resource during the sales cycle across Quebec and European regions, conducting demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept implementations to stimulate new business and growth.

• Lead technical assessments to evaluate prospects’ environments, identify deficiencies, and establish success criteria for proposal development and deal acceleration.

• Stay informed about the AI, DSPM, and data security sectors, and communicate the business implications to both technical and executive audiences.

• Empower, assist, and educate partners on Qohash solutions to facilitate partner-led and co-selling revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on RFP submissions, initiatives that generate revenue, and strategic growth plans for current accounts.

• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, address technical objections, and relay customer feedback, feature requests, and technical deficiencies internally.

• Create technical narratives and demonstration environments customized to Quebec and European regulatory and business environments.

• Regularly travel for face-to-face meetings, conferences, and trade shows within Quebec and European markets, including international travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.

• Currently living in the vicinity of Montreal or Quebec City, Quebec.

• 5–7 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role.

• Over 3 years managing complex technical engagements or proof-of-concept implementations and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.

• Experience in positioning AI-driven products and articulating model outputs, limitations, and value.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities tailored to various audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Proficiency in an additional European language (German, Spanish, Swedish, or Polish) is a plus.

• Capability to create technical documentation and customer-facing materials.

• Relevant technology certifications (e.g., CCSP, CompTIA, CISM, AWS, Azure) are desirable.

• Working proficiency in English is essential for company operations.
