This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account executives within Alloy’s pre-sales team to secure deals.

• Engage with technical stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.

• Develop tailored demonstrations.

• Construct and navigate UAT environments.

• Plan and oversee proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Perform architecture and security evaluations.

• Define the scope of proposed solutions for transition to the implementation team.

• Serve as a liaison among sales, product, engineering, and professional services teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical presales capacity, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Consultant, or a comparable role, supporting complex enterprise-level presales activities.

• Experience in the Fintech/Banking sector, particularly dealing with identity and fraud.

• Exceptional presentation abilities and the skill to articulate complex technical requirements and concepts to both technical and business-focused audiences.

• Proficiency in active listening and asking targeted follow-up questions.

• Experience in connecting sales, product, engineering, and professional services.

• Ability to read and comprehend object-oriented code; scripting or coding skills are advantageous.

• Familiarity with APIs, including executing API calls using cURL, Postman, or related tools.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity while upholding integrity.

• Knowledge of single/multi-tenant architectures, SSO, resiliency, and encryption in AWS is a plus.

• Experience in developing and executing POCs with large datasets is an advantage.
