Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create customized functionalities utilizing JavaScript, Python, APIs, webhooks, SQL, HTML/CSS, and other relevant technologies.

• Design and develop applications using low-code platforms alongside conventional software development techniques.

• Establish scalable integrations between business systems and external platforms.

• Construct Workato recipes, custom connectors, and intricate multi-step automations.

• Design and implement AI and agentic solutions that enhance low-code platforms.

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify core business challenges.

• Present findings and solutions to stakeholders ranging from operations teams to executive leadership.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite solution design, development, and implementation.

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather pre-contract requirements.

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes.

• Facilitate solution demonstrations.

• Create levels of effort and scoping documents.

• Manage project timelines, scope, quality, results, and client satisfaction.

• Proactively identify risks and escalate obstacles.

• Generate process maps, requirements specifications, training materials, and handoff guides.

• Mentor junior consultants.

• Share insights gained, contribute to the internal knowledge base, and enhance team processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or advisory role.

• Proven experience leading discovery, requirements-gathering, and executive-level presentations.

• A demonstrated ability to constructively challenge clients and guide them towards improved outcomes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to navigate through ambiguity effectively.

• A proactive approach to ownership.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and building low-code applications across one or more platforms (QuickBase, Airtable, Smartsheets, MS Power Apps, Workato, Zapier, MS Power Automate).

• Practical experience with Workato, including building recipes, custom connectors, and complex multi-step integrations across both cloud and on-premises systems.

• Proficient in relational database design.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building system integrations using APIs and webhooks.

• Familiarity with API development/testing tools such as Postman.

• Experience with managed file transfer/integration platforms like GoAnywhere MFT.

• Professional experience in developing custom applications or integrations using JavaScript and/or Python.

• Working knowledge of AWS (Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (Function Apps, Logic Apps) ecosystems.

• Expert-level data analysis capabilities, including the ability to model, interrogate, and present complex datasets using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience in configuring SSO and identity/access integrations across enterprise applications.

• Background in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
