Senior Solutions Architect, LatAm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Configure Trial Interactive enterprise software and solutions as part of the Technical Services team.

• Collaborate with Operations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Design and document new configurations and solutions for Trial Interactive software.

• Create and maintain User Requirements Specifications and Configuration Specifications for customer implementations.

• Serve as the product configuration and domain expert during relevant sales cycles.

• Demonstrate the product to prospective and existing customers.

• Partner with Sales on software configurations for product demonstrations.

• Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

• Communicate customer and prospect business requirements from Sales to Operations and Product teams.

• Develop and script product and solution demonstrations.

• Advocate for the Trial Interactive vision through demonstrations, webinars, seminars, conferences, and account-specific initiatives.

• Engage in SOW reviews and assess new business opportunities.

• Train and mentor junior team members, including Project Managers, Configuration Specialists, Business Development, and Support staff.

• Create and maintain SOPs in line with QA and departmental guidelines.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, software product configuration, or similar roles.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, or content management.

• Extensive knowledge of current technology, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.

• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and guide them to technical solutions.

• Basic understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based technologies and business models.

• Proficient computer skills, including the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.

• Willingness to undertake global business travel of up to 10%.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally, especially with customers and the sales force.

• Familiarity with GxP and software validation processes and regulations.

• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0), and Identity Providers such as Okta.

• Previous software development experience in backend technologies such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or PHP is desirable but not required.

• Basic capability in shell scripting and regular expressions for task automation.

• Over 2 years of experience in B2B web applications, business-to-business projects, and mobile applications is a plus.
