Senior Solutions Architect – EMEA, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead technical implementations and promote the adoption of Chainguard images to assist customers in securely utilizing open source software.

• Collaborate with account teams to grasp customer visions, challenges, and proposed solutions while advancing account-level strategies, value realization, and retention/growth.

• Evaluate, document, and ensure the quality of Chainguard Images, facilitating a seamless customer onboarding experience as “customer zero.”

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and prioritize image development.

• Uphold account-level architecture and share best practices along with lessons learned.

• Engage, instruct, and learn alongside the Chainguard team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in developing high-performance multi-tier applications.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Containers.

• Proficient in conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Strong background in software development processes, practices, and software engineering design principles.

• Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
