Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support the implementation, operations, sales, and product teams throughout the customer engagement journey.

• Grasp customers’ business and technical needs.

• Collaborate on sales strategies and deliver solution presentations.

• Configure Trial Interactive enterprise software and solutions.

• Partner with operations during the implementation process.

• Design and document new configurations and solutions for Trial Interactive software.

• Create and maintain User Requirements Specifications and Configuration Specifications.

• Serve as a product configuration and domain expert during sales cycles.

• Showcase the product to potential and existing customers.

• Collaborate with sales on software configurations for demonstrations.

• Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.

• Communicate customer and prospect business needs to Operations and Product teams.

• Develop and script product and solution demonstrations.

• Promote the Trial Interactive vision through demonstrations, webinars, seminars, conferences, and account-specific initiatives.

• Engage in SOW reviews and evaluation of new business opportunities.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

• Create and maintain SOPs in line with QA and departmental guidelines.

• Complete other relevant tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of current technology, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, software product configuration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, or content management.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to thoroughly understand a customer’s needs and guide them towards a technical solution.

• Fundamental knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based technology and business models.

• Proficient computer skills, including the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.

• Willingness to undertake global business travel of up to 10%.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally, especially with customers and sales teams.

• Familiarity with GxP and the software validation process and regulations.

• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0), and IDPs like Okta.

• Previous software development experience in one or more Back-end languages (Python, Java, C#, Node.js, PHP) is preferred but not required.

• Basic SHELL scripting and regular expressions knowledge is desired but not mandatory.

• Over 2 years of experience in B2B web applications, business-to-business interactions, and mobile apps is a plus.
