This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the implementation, operations, sales, and product teams throughout the customer journey.
• Grasp customer business and technical needs.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and present solution demonstrations.
• Configure Trial Interactive enterprise software and solutions.
• Engage with operations during the implementation cycle.
• Design and document new configurations and solutions for Trial Interactive software.
• Create and maintain User Requirements Specifications and Configuration Specifications.
• Serve as the product configuration and domain expert during sales cycles.
• Showcase products to potential and existing customers.
• Work with sales to configure software for demonstrations.
• Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Communicate customer and prospect business requirements to Operations and Product teams.
• Develop and script product and solution demonstrations.
• Promote the Trial Interactive vision through demonstrations, webinars, seminars, conferences, and account-specific initiatives.
• Participate in SOW reviews and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Offer training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Create and maintain SOPs in alignment with QA and departmental guidelines.
• Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of current technologies, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, software product configuration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or content management.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to develop a deep understanding of a customer’s needs and guide them toward a technical solution.
• Fundamental knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based technologies and business models.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
• Willingness to undertake global business travel of up to 10%.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally, especially with customers and sales teams.
• Familiarity with GxP and the software validation process and regulations.
• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0), and identity providers such as Okta.
• Previous software development experience in backend technologies like Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or PHP is preferred but not required.
• Basic experience with shell scripting and regular expressions.
• Over 2 years of experience with B2B web applications, business-to-business, and mobile apps is advantageous.
