Senior Solution Engineer, FR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide both technical and functional expertise to key prospects and clients.

• Create and conduct product demonstrations and workshops customized to specific use cases.

• Develop technical solutions that align with customer architecture and business objectives.

• Oversee successful Proof-of-Value deployments and ensure environments remain healthy.

• Facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Customer Success.

• Serve as a technical advisor for Filigran during client interactions, engaging with everyone from development teams to C-level executives.

• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and integration projects.

• Foster strong connections with the OpenCTI community and its users.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to share insights and shape the product roadmap.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, leadership, community members, and technical users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Presales roles.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity or crisis management topics.

• Capability to clarify technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in leading workshops, technical trainings, or product demonstrations.

• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Bonus: Previous experience in threat intelligence, SOC, breach and attack simulation/pentesting, or public sector cybersecurity.
