Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and effectively deliver worldwide Pharmacovigilance solutions.

• Offer pre-sales support and contribute to solution development.

• Create budgets and commercial proposals.

• Oversee post-award account management.

• Cultivate client relationships and supervise service delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as an individual contributor to provide superior safety solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV) / Drug Safety Services.

• At least 2 years of experience in crafting and designing safety solutions tailored to clients.

• Demonstrated client-facing experience with robust stakeholder management and consulting abilities.

• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including using automation to boost quality, efficiency, and scalability.

• Experience engaging with clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-award proposal creation to post-award delivery and account management.
