Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare clients at various levels, such as Solution Architects, VPs, IT Directors, and Technical Administrators.

• Establish and nurture client relationships, promote Omnissa solutions, and deliver domain expertise to support business closure.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, which include technical sales presentations, architecture design discussions, displacement initiatives, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.

• Assess customers’ business and technology goals through insightful questioning to empower the sales team to address customer needs effectively.

• Design and propose tailored solutions that set Omnissa software and services apart while fulfilling customer requirements and objectives.

• Acquire extensive technical knowledge of Omnissa and establish domain expertise in the relevant technology area.

• Lead advisory teams comprising subject matter experts, working collaboratively on challenges and solutions while gathering industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

• Drive enhancements to products and contribute to the development of new products/solutions launched in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of technical pre-sales and/or consulting experience or equivalent industry exposure.

• Proficient in server administration and configuration, including Windows Web Server, Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID.

• Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Design principles.

• Exceptional presentation skills with the capability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong listening, reasoning, and objection-handling abilities.

• Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective time management.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, including EMRs, Security, Administration, and End User Computing.

• Robust background in desktop virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, and Microsoft RDS.

• Proven experience with mobile technologies from AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft, and/or Citrix.

• Skilled in configuring and deploying mobile device platforms.

• Familiarity with Identity Access Management systems.

• Competence with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management.

• Experience in Windows Enterprise Administration.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
