Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions to discover business requirements for advanced and complex implementations, multi-phase workstreams, and large-scale projects.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects on the design of processes and the technical direction for intricate configurations.

• Implement advanced product configurations based on customer requirements and the approved solution architecture.

• Serve as the initial escalation point and manage the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration challenges.

• Utilize mathematical models, optimization methods, and artificial intelligence algorithms in complex supply chain planning scenarios.

• Validate and test solutions, gather user feedback, and provide recommendations for escalations, obstacles, and documentation.

• Conduct complex deployment workshops, training, and assist customers in understanding the configured solutions and realizing value.

• Offer technical guidance and recommendations to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants.

• Mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deliver consulting services and lead the deployment of Maestro supply chain software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of comprehensive experience in software implementation or deployment in supply chain planning or execution, or relevant business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role focusing on system configuration or deployments.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a team and a successful history with customers and executive sponsors.

• Ability to function in a collaborative matrixed environment.

• Proficient in conveying complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Advanced knowledge and practical application of supply chain best practices related to forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling.

• Skilled in leading complex business requirements gathering sessions.

• Experience with Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions.

• Proficient in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, with occasional travel up to 50%.

• Capability to work effectively remotely from client locations.
