Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on intricate, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Engage with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions to identify critical business challenges.

• Advocate for Arkose Labs solutions using a value-driven sales approach.

• Prepare and present value-driven demonstrations aligned with customer objectives.

• Create and develop Solution Definitions in partnership with customers and internal teams.

• Design, execute, and monitor Proof of Value initiatives, KPIs, and success criteria.

• Recognize and address technical risks within opportunities.

• Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and assist with training across BDR, AE, and SC teams.

• Foster solutions through collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing.

• Enhance knowledge and skills to boost performance and advance career growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer, or in a similar role within a rapidly expanding SaaS organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, a friendly demeanor, and a demonstrated capacity to deliver persuasive presentations.

• A consultative and inquisitive approach to addressing customer business issues.

• Experience in identifying and prioritizing business challenges and relevant metrics.

• Proven history of selling enterprise solutions to cross-functional teams.

• Ability to listen to customer needs and adapt on-the-fly while achieving meeting objectives.

• Process-oriented mindset with the capability to quickly grasp optimal next steps.

• Knowledge of client-side and server-side web technologies and development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and programming languages such as Python, PHP, Go, or NodeJS.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, including JSON, webhooks, and POST requests.

• Experience with encryption techniques, public and private key management, authentication, and web security measures.

• Knowledge of WAFs and CDNs and their significance in web application security.

• Practical experience with tools like Postman, JSFiddle, CodePen, browser developer consoles, and IDEs such as VS Code.

• Proficient in writing SQL queries with complex join operations.
