Senior Solution Architect, O365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and showcase intricate Digital Workspace solutions that incorporate hardware, software, cloud services, security, and professional services.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to formulate technical strategies that enhance revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions, gather requirements, conduct workshops, and perform technical assessments.

• Convert business goals into scalable, secure, and contemporary solution architectures.

• Create proposals, statements of work, solution designs, technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, and responses to RFPs.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within Microsoft, cloud, security, collaboration, and endpoint management solutions.

• Develop and maintain customer-facing demonstrations, lab environments, and technical enablement resources.

• Assist in the creation of new service offerings, solution packages, and go-to-market strategies.

• Provide technical direction during implementation and deployment initiatives.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending new service offerings as appropriate.

• Uphold advanced technical certifications and continuously enhance expertise in Microsoft, cloud, security, and Digital Workspace technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Presales roles.

• Demonstrated success in designing, selling, and delivering enterprise Microsoft and cloud solutions.

• Strong experience in customer-facing roles with executive presentations, solution workshops, and consultative selling engagements.

• Profound understanding of modern workplace solutions, including client virtualization, security, identity, data, AI, and cloud services.

• Experience in developing technical strategies that promote revenue growth, customer success, and long-term technology roadmaps.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions.

• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust Security.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

• Expertise in Microsoft Security Solutions, including Defender, Purview, and Compliance technologies.

• Experience aligned with MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-300, SC-401, PL-900, AB-100, and AB-620 technologies and best practices.

• Additional certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Omnissa, Jamf, Apple, or security-related fields are highly desirable.
