Senior Solution Advisor, I&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional product knowledge during the pre-sales phase, with an emphasis on Coupa’s Intake and Orchestration solutions.

• Offer subject matter expertise regarding best practices for Intake and Orchestration to prospects and Coupa’s sales team.

• Support solutions consultants with product demonstrations and provide subject matter expert assistance during meetings with prospects.

• Conduct training and enablement sessions for the solutions consulting team, focusing on intake and orchestration product knowledge and domain expertise.

• Collaborate with Product Management to shape the future direction of Intake and Orchestration products, driven by innovation and prospect needs.

• Partner with the demo support team to ensure the demo environments contain rich, current content.

• Work alongside Product Marketing and Proposal Management as a subject matter expert on market positioning, webinars, and marketing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in application presales roles, particularly within a SaaS context.

• Strong subject matter expertise in addressing Intake and Orchestration business challenges and solutions.

• Familiarity with business spend management issues and solutions, including Procurement, Sourcing, Analytics, Contract Management, and Travel & Expense Management.

• Proven ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a pre-sales capacity.

• Capability to train and mentor peers effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily for domestic travel.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
