Retirement Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Educate and assist participants in workplace retirement plans

• Raise awareness regarding retirement preparedness

• Guide individuals through employer-sponsored retirement options

• Clarify plan benefits, employer matching contributions, investment strategies, and retirement savings choices

• Conduct needs-based discussions to ascertain participant objectives

• Identify opportunities for consolidating retirement assets

• Determine suitable solutions that align with retirement goals

• Offer customized guidance

• Collaborate with TEMPA team members on complex planning requirements

• Improve participant outcomes, foster customer loyalty, and enhance long-term relationships with Fidelity

• Serve plan sponsors and participants by providing education, financial planning, and advice for 403(b) and 457 plan participants

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a comparable advisory role

• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses is required

• Capability to obtain Series 65 or 66 within 90 days of employment

• Preference for candidates with FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses

• Strong grasp of financial markets, economic conditions, and industry trends

• Excellent skills in consultation, influence, and communication

• Ability to establish trust and enhance client engagement

• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to identifying client needs and opportunities

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities

• Willingness to accept coaching, performance feedback, and adjust to changing business requirements

• Skill in utilizing planning tools and resources

• Capability to engage in needs-based conversations and determine suitable solutions

• Ability to aid in asset acquisition, retention, and growth

• Competence in articulating Fidelity's approach and vision for general investment education

• Must reside within 90 miles of the Tampa, FL area
