Senior Software Test Engineer – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct both functional and non-functional testing of the web application.

• Evaluate, test, and clarify project requirements.

• Design and implement testing strategies.

• Organize, prioritize, and estimate testing activities.

• Develop and sustain test documentation.

• Review and generate automated tests.

• Identify, analyze, and monitor bugs while collaborating on their resolution.

• Monitor and communicate quality metrics and testing outcomes.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies.

• Prepare and facilitate demo sessions.

• Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, partners, and other team members.

• Adhere to QA processes and contribute to ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

• Proven experience in testing web applications.

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.

• Proficiency in creating test documentation, including Test Cases, Checklists, and Bug reports.

• Familiarity with databases and data storage concepts.

• Capability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements.

• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and integrations.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

• Experience with automation tools, such as TypeScript.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• A proactive approach towards quality and an ownership mindset.

• Experience with AI-assisted tools in QA is a plus.

• Experience with Azure Cloud and SaaS applications is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Git is a bonus.
