📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production systems within a sophisticated trading environment.

• Take full responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, and operability of the features you create.

• Proactively identify and address ambiguities in requirements, product logic, and system functionality.

• Produce clear and maintainable code that prioritizes simplicity and correctness.

• Engage in incident response and ensure the implementation of lasting fixes and enhancements.

• Work closely with colleagues through code reviews, design discussions, and collective problem-solving.

• Experience in trading systems, exchanges, or other high-pressure environments.

• Practical experience with Go (Golang) or other performance-critical backend systems.

• Previous ownership of production services, including on-call duties or incident management.
