Senior Software Engineer – Python Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications.

• Create RESTful APIs and backend services utilizing Python and TypeScript frameworks.

• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications with React and Next.js.

• Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures using AWS messaging and streaming services.

• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Create workflow automation and orchestration solutions leveraging Camunda BPM.

• Build and sustain CI/CD pipelines along with infrastructure automation.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance observability.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and data teams.

• Engage in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives.

• Contribute to scalable analytics and data integration solutions.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

• Validate AI outputs, comprehend model limitations, and uphold accountability for delivered solutions.

• Leverage AI for code generation, automated test creation, debugging, technical documentation, and design exploration.

• Assess opportunities to integrate AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows into business solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications.

• Strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and AWS cloud services.

• Experience in workflow orchestration and modern DevOps practices.

• Proficient in Python with FastAPI and Flask.

• Knowledge of TypeScript with NestJS.

• Experience with React 18 and Next.js 14.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/Aurora, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.

• Proficient in AWS Lambda, ECS Fargate, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis, S3, Cognito, and API Gateway.

• Knowledge of Camunda 7, BPMN 2.0, DMN, and External Tasks.

• Experience with Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and JFrog Artifactory.

• Familiarity with UVP/Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
