Senior Software Engineer – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and prioritization of intricate challenges related to the financial industry and/or engineering platform products.

• Act as a key reference point for decision-making concerning solution specifics.

• Assist the team in addressing issues with ambiguous scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cooperation among all project participants.

• Offer recommendations and constructive insights, playing a role in technical decisions and disseminating technical expertise throughout the team.

• Autonomously establish and deliver technical roadmaps for extensive projects, frequently involving inter-team dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in software development using C#.

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• In-depth knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of unit and integration testing.

• Naturally utilize Git and possess familiarity with GitFlow.

• Understanding of Docker and containerization technologies.

• Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog.

• Capability to write clean, maintainable code.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application, especially Kanban and/or Scrum.

• Knowledge of public and private cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud (a plus).

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus).

• Understanding of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture (a plus).

• Experience with both relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus).

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus).

• Interest in and knowledge of the financial market (a plus).
