📋 Description

• Take the lead on comprehensive projects independently, focusing on backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Develop strategies for experimentation, development, and rollout across various systems.

• Design scalable, dependable, and cost-effective solutions for high-volume marketing operations.

• Diagnose fundamental technical issues and create reusable abstractions.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product stakeholders to define features, requirements, and overall strategy.

• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, technical mentorship, and onboarding processes.

• Enhance team productivity through process optimizations and automation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, with advanced proficiency in Python for scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end projects, encompassing architecture design, implementation, experimentation, and production rollout.

• Extensive knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, ETL processes, Airflow, and DBT.

• Experience in designing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Background in implementing observability solutions, including logging, metrics, and tracing.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with the capability to make strategic technical and business trade-offs.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers, foster cross-team collaboration, and clarify technical concepts.

• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of automation frameworks, advertising platform APIs, digital marketing operations and KPIs, cloud cost optimization, chaos engineering, disaster recovery, technical debt modernization, security-by-design, incident response, and AI-assisted development infrastructure.
