Senior Software Engineer in Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and libraries.

• Implement and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Provide support for performance testing.

• Establish and enforce automation standards and best practices.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.

• Create, monitor, and analyze test results.

• Offer training and mentorship to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum: 5+ years of industry experience independently implementing medium-sized automation frameworks/tools.

• Preferred: 3 or more years of development experience with Java and/or Python.

• 3 or more years of experience in creating automation frameworks.

• 3 or more years of experience in developing testing tools.

• Familiarity with framework design and development.

• Experience with containerization technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Strong knowledge of programming languages commonly used in automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
