This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Define and manage the roadmap for Sales Operations AI and Automation.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases that align with business objectives and user requirements.
• Analyze Sales Operations processes and transform high-volume manual tasks into automated, agent-led workflows.
• Design and deploy AI agents, copilots, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation integrated with platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Certinia, and others.
• Enhance data quality, maintenance, enrichment, and operational governance via AI-driven automation and oversight.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, regional sales leaders, finance, data teams, IT, Security, and the central AI infrastructure team.
• Create and implement agentic architectures, RAG, orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and intelligent automation utilizing governed enterprise data sources.
• Establish AI guardrails to ensure quality, privacy, compliance, security, responsible AI practices, and solution monitoring.
• Promote AI adoption through enablement initiatives, training, documentation, and rollout strategies.
• Define success metrics for efficiency, cycle time, quality, adoption, scalability, and overall business impact.
• Monitor usage, performance, and costs associated with AI agents and automation solutions, reporting outcomes to leadership.
• Continuously enhance AI solutions based on user feedback, usage trends, operational needs, and advancements in technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data and Analytics, AI Automation, or similar enterprise technology roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary AI system concepts such as memory management, planning, tool orchestration, model evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern application development technologies, including APIs, Angular, React, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience in designing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation solutions, or agentic processes that enhance or substitute manual business tasks.
• Practical experience in building AI agents using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, LangChain, Mindflow, Power Platform, or similar frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and business process automation.
• Experience with Sales Operations processes, CRM platforms, forecasting tools, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, data security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, system administrators, and enterprise platform owners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating ambiguity, removing obstacles, and advancing initiatives from concept to production deployment.
