📋 Description

• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to comprehend product requirements and formulate test plans.

• Develop and implement both automated and manual test cases for SaaS-based web applications.

• Detect and report bugs while collaborating with development teams for resolution.

• Create and sustain test automation scripts utilizing modern JavaScript-based end-to-end automation tools.

• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the automation framework.

• Design, develop, and execute automated API tests.

• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure application scalability.

• Ensure that testing activities adhere to quality and consistency standards.

• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

• Remain updated with testing tools, methodologies, programming languages, frameworks, trends, and best practices; suggest process improvements.

• Own the test automation strategy and roadmap.

• Mentor junior automation engineers and perform code reviews.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing testing speed and minimizing release cycles.

• Define and uphold automation best practices and standards across the engineering team.

• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to pinpoint testing gaps and compliance risks in healthcare workflows.

• Implement intelligent test failure analysis to identify root causes and decrease manual triage.

• Utilize AI-driven test case generation to uncover edge cases and enhance regulatory and compliance workflow coverage.

• Deploy performance anomaly detection models to identify regressions before production.

• Analyze untested code paths to guarantee comprehensive testing for healthcare compliance and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, specifically in testing and test automation of SaaS-based web applications.

• Proficient programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Experience with modern JavaScript-based end-to-end automation tools like Cypress, CodeceptJS, and Playwright.

• Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, Katalon, or REST Assured.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous integration and deployment practices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-starter and motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish a trusted partnership.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
