This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Define and take ownership of the Sales Operations AI and Automation roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases that align with business priorities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze Sales Operations processes and transform high-volume manual tasks into automated, agent-led workflows.
• Design and implement AI agents, copilots, conversational experiences, and intelligent automation integrated with Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Certinia, and related platforms.
• Enhance data quality, maintenance, enrichment, and operational governance through AI-driven automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, regional sales leaders, finance, data teams, IT, Security, and central AI infrastructure teams.
• Create and implement agentic architectures, RAG, orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and intelligent automation using governed enterprise data.
• Establish quality, privacy, compliance, security, responsible AI, and monitoring guidelines.
• Promote AI adoption through enablement, training, documentation, and rollout plans.
• Set success metrics for efficiency, cycle-time reduction, quality, adoption, scalability, and business impact.
• Monitor usage, performance, and costs for AI agents and automation solutions, reporting the impact to leadership.
• Continuously improve AI solutions based on feedback, usage patterns, operational needs, and evolving technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data and Analytics, AI Automation, or similar enterprise technology roles.
• Strong understanding of contemporary AI system concepts, including memory management, planning, tool orchestration, model evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• High proficiency in Python and modern application development technologies, including APIs, Angular, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record in designing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation solutions, or agentic processes that enhance or replace manual business activities.
• Practical experience in building AI agents using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, LangChain, Mindflow, Power Platform, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and business process automation.
• Familiarity with Sales Operations processes, CRM platforms, forecasting tools, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
• Awareness of enterprise AI governance, data security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience working collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, system administrators, and enterprise platform owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating ambiguity, overcoming obstacles, and driving initiatives from concept to production deployment.
