Senior Software Engineer – IDRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage software for IDRE, a platform dedicated to Independent Dispute Resolution as outlined by the federal No Surprises Act.

• Create full-stack functionalities utilizing React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL.

• Take full responsibility for features from initial product discussions to deployment in a production environment.

• Engage in settlement calculations and monitor case states for healthcare-related disputes.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with a compact, experienced engineering team and colleagues based in the US.

• Play a role in shaping architectural and product decisions.

• Work with financial and transactional systems that involve payments, billing, claims, or settlements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development.

• Hands-on experience in production environments with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

• Proficient in spoken and written English at an advanced or professional level.

• Residing in a Latin American country.

• Capable of maintaining significant daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

• Ability to operate and invoice as an independent contractor in the country of residence.

• Application must be completed by the individual personally.

• Interviews will be conducted live via video with the camera on.
