This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers that significantly influence the government product line.
β’ Create systems that customize Vantaβs core compliance platform for federal agencies, government vendors, and SLED organizations.
β’ Spearhead the design and development of entirely new product features, including fundamental compliance workflow capabilities.
β’ Collaborate with early design partners to confirm and refine capabilities as requirements change.
β’ Work in partnership with related engineering teams on shared infrastructure and tagging systems.
β’ Propel technical initiatives across engineering, product management, and market entry.
β’ Convert vague early-stage requirements into lasting, scalable solutions.
β’ Contribute to the engineering culture at Vanta as the organization expands.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in the industry.
β’ Strong skills in systems thinking and platform architecture.
β’ Background in highly regulated sectors such as fintech or healthcare.
β’ Experience with FedRAMP or in the government domain is advantageous, but not mandatory.
β’ Comfortable working in early-stage, 0β1 environments where requirements are subject to change.
β’ Strong product-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks against deadlines while balancing technical rigor with delivery speed.
β’ Willingness to responsibly utilize AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
