Senior Software Engineer – Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance new features for the system.

• Build systems that are essential for the organization’s operations.

• Track system performance and oversee the execution of system modifications.

• Record changes that have been implemented.

• Develop and manage production systems focusing on performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability, resilience, and integration with the application ecosystem.

• Recognize architectural and development process gaps and suggest solutions.

• Perform inspections of code and documentation.

• Set up automated testing protocols.

• Work collaboratively with the team through code review sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to identify architectural and development process gaps and recommend solutions.

• Proficiency in conducting code and documentation inspections.

• Experience with implementing automated testing methodologies.

• Background in software development using Go.

• Familiarity with relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the team through code reviews, emphasizing best practices and areas for improvement.
