Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack – Frontend Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Frontend Development: Create and implement contemporary, responsive user interfaces utilizing React and Next.js, delivering intuitive, high-performance applications that ensure an outstanding user experience.

• UI & UX Implementation: Convert Figma designs into refined, production-ready interfaces with a keen focus on detail, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.

• Full Stack Development: Engage in backend development with Node.js and Express.js, constructing and utilizing RESTful APIs to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, oversee, and sustain cloud-based applications using AWS or equivalent platforms, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and security.

• AI Integration: Create and incorporate AI-driven features into software applications.

• Collaborative Development: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality features and continuously enhance the platform.

• Project Ownership: Assume responsibility for features throughout the entire development lifecycle—from conception and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Time Management & Prioritisation: Effectively handle multiple priorities while delivering top-notch work in a dynamic, agile environment.

• Code Quality & Best Practices: Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to contemporary development standards, participating in code reviews, and continually enhancing engineering practices.

• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical solutions, progress updates, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience: At least five years of professional experience in software development, with a successful track record of building modern web applications.

• Frontend Expertise: Significant experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.

• Passion for creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

• Backend Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture.

• Cloud Services: Experience in deploying and managing applications in AWS or similar cloud environments.

• UI & UX: Strong grasp of frontend architecture, responsive design, performance optimization, and experience in translating Figma designs into production-ready applications.

• AI Integration: Experience in integrating AI technologies into software products or leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering productivity is highly valued.

• Fintech Experience: Prior experience in Forex trading, financial technology, or trading platforms is considered a significant advantage.

• Strong Social Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, with the capability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
