Senior Software Engineer – DGX Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Investigate creative solutions to enhance the simplicity of developing, deploying, and monitoring applications accelerated by GPUs and DPUs.

• Position GPUs and DPUs as primary resources within container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

• Enhance the performance of NVIDIA accelerators in the Kubernetes ecosystem using Cloud Native technologies.

• Collaborate with engineering teams across NVIDIA to guarantee smooth software integration.

• Automate and refine the processes of building, testing, integrating, and releasing cloud-native applications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Proficient knowledge in systems programming languages (e.g. Go) with a strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Solid comprehension of Container Orchestration Systems (Kubernetes) and Container Technology.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Unix/Unix-like kernel internals, especially Linux.

• Practical automation experience with frameworks such as Ansible and Terraform.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and automating continuous integration systems.

• Strong foundation in Cloud Computing and the design and development of Distributed Software.

• Awareness of performance, security, and reliability considerations in complex distributed systems.

• Significant experience with observability and telemetry.

• Strong familiarity with Gitlab, Argo, Flux, and various CI/CD systems.

• Considerable hands-on experience with Containers and Kubernetes.
