Senior Software Engineer – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain custom applications, intricate workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

• Enhance and evolve AI capabilities, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows utilizing Now Assist to boost automation and optimize business processes.

• Oversee the cross-platform implications of requested modifications, uphold quality standards, and manage regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure vendor compliance.

• Partner with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable Agile deliverables.

• Strengthen platform governance and enhance the daily operations of internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is mandatory.

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.

• Strong comprehension of ITIL principles.

• Proven experience mentoring developers within an Agile environment.
