Senior Software Engineer, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance backend systems that support consumer-oriented products.

• Develop and improve APIs that provide immediate and seamless user experiences.

• Work collaboratively with teams in product development, credit/finance, compliance, support, and analytics.

• Participate in technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and assist in roadmap planning.

• Promote ongoing enhancement in code quality, security, and operational excellence.

• Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in backend engineering.

• Proficiency in .NET (C#) or comparable frameworks.

• Experience in scaling consumer-facing products with high transaction volumes.

• Capability to effectively utilize AI-driven development tools such as Cursor, Augment, or Factory.

• A collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
