Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that fulfill both business and technical requirements.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite development and improve platform features.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with product strategy.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Deliver and document technical solutions at the team or group level that meet customer expectations.

• Create and execute thorough test plans, including automated unit, integration, and functional tests.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues across various service and application contexts.

• Work alongside support teams to triage and resolve production issues.

• Take part in product discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.

• Establish KPIs and metrics to identify challenges and promote continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide engineers both technically and culturally.

• Convey complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Preferred 4+ years of professional software development experience.

• Solid foundation in computer science, encompassing data structures, algorithms, object-oriented software design, and cloud-based distributed systems.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java, and/or Kotlin.

• Expertise in debugging complex systems or applications.

• Experience as a technical mentor is preferred.

• Familiarity with working in an agile development environment is preferred.

• Experience in developing for service-oriented architecture is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
