This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Design and develop multi-tenant platform features that securely isolate and support multiple enterprise clients at scale.
β’ Implement and refine RBAC and access-control frameworks throughout the platform.
β’ Take ownership of platform functionalities from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements in production.
β’ Focus on reliability, observability, and maintainability from the outset.
β’ Deliver on a consistent release schedule, ensuring that project timelines are predictable and transparent to the team.
β’ Engage in design reviews, contribute to code evaluations, and produce well-tested code.
β’ Collaborate with the SDET on enhancing testability and automating tests.
β’ Identify and mitigate sources of unpredictability within the release workflow.
β’ Develop and deploy services on AWS utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and rapid deployments.
β’ Design systems with a focus on observability, traceability, and monitoring for effective failure detection and debugging.
β’ Contribute to a comprehensive web codebase, supporting backend and frontend development as required.
β’ Collaborate with product, AI engineering, and security teams to transform platform requirements into functional systems.
β’ Participate in architectural decisions as the platform matures and expands.
β’ 6β10 years of software engineering experience, showcasing a robust background in backend or full-stack platform development.
β’ Experience in developing multi-tenant or SaaS platforms, with a clear understanding of isolation, performance, and access-control tradeoffs.
β’ Strong backend development expertise, ideally with Python; full-stack experience is an advantage.
β’ Demonstrated success in building multi-tenant or SaaS platforms at scale.
β’ Practical experience with RBAC or comparable access-control systems.
β’ Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Strong foundational knowledge in distributed systems, APIs, and backend architecture.
β’ A mindset of ownership with the capability to drive features from inception to production.
β’ Strong intuition regarding code quality, testability, and engineering best practices.
β’ Experience with security products such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, or other similar enterprise security platforms is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with LLM-powered or agentic systems is an added advantage.
β’ Frontend experience with React is a bonus.
β’ Experience with agent observability, tracing, or production monitoring is a bonus.
β’ A solid academic background in Computer Science or a related discipline; graduates from IITs or other prestigious engineering institutions are preferred.
